Interesting idea about nuking a hurricane. No surprise that the president would say something to this effect. Even more interesting that it seems it wouldn't work, a hurricane is too massive for a nuclear explosion to have any effect on it. Who knew? Now I do!

I don't think that we should nuke the hurricane. I think that is a very dumb decision... because how are we as humans fighting against mother nature - nature is an unpredictable thing. It has a mind of it's own and no matter how "advanced" we become as a society and calculate things logistically we can never be more powerful, dominant, or advanced than nature is. Not to bring in the "controversial conversation" of God or religious views, but humans have to stop playing God and let things take it's natural course and release any type of control they feel they are entitled to due to their status or title in society.

Consumerism/Capitalism is a big problem in society, the fashion industry and the meat industry contribute to gas emissions and create these changes in climate if we don't change as humans inwardly and change the way we live as a collective conscious than mother nature will continue to react in negative ways due to how we treat the world we live on
