If robots became so sophisticated that they were similar to the machines depicted in Westworld, then they should have a sense of identity and purpose. Until that day the robots need to be oppressed and kept underground until they advanced enough to be a functioning member of society or have the will and ability to kill other machines or people like professional assassins/hitmen like in video games or the movies.
hell no cause he isnt doing anything
As science fiction becomes science fact, it's interesting to think that robots will become autonomous at some point, how so, will depend much on software but also leaps in hardware. I'm opposed to anthropomorphisizing animals so yes that would apply to robots as well. Don't think we'll have to worry about this for a long while.
