I think being able to build your own PC is super cool, how you can customize and personalize your hardware to whatever you want or need. I being a "Console Peasant" currently don't understand the hardware of such a technological marvel unlike those of the "PC Master race." It would be expensive, but the customization to hardware and appearance would be worth it.

Building your own computer sounds cool but after adding up all of the prices for the components you need, I don't believe you'd be getting a whole lot of cost effectiveness. Besides, you need to be super careful with matching up the capabilities of the components to the specs for the motherboard etc. Sounds like a good job for the experts. Buying a high end prebuilt sounds like it may be a better option, at least for me.

Building a computer is pretty fun. You can customize pretty much anything. And then when your finished you can play any game on it.
