How the hell is bike sharing relevant especially in revere?

I like the idea of bike sharing because it promotes healthy transportation. Revere is small enough to get from one side to the other pretty quickly. In fact, I'll bet you wouldn't even spend a $1.00 to pedal from one end to the other. Haven't seen a whole lot of people riding an ofo yet though!
