After a shooting in San Berdino and 14 innocent people were killed, the FBI insisted that Apple hacks into the iphones of the people involved. Apple refused to do so because of the privacy policy of the customers and also because if they try to many times to get into the phone and they don't break the pass code they will erase everything off the phone and then there's no point in hacking into the phones.

they should help in other ways and not build this thing that the government wants them to build

After they shot so many people it's only right that the FBI insists on getting the phone unlocked. If they get it unlock they'll be able to see who was working with and prevent anything else they were planning on doing.

I think Apple should help the Government. If the government has a lead on a terrorist or a threat to America and the person or people they're spying on uses an Apple product, the government would be able to get info from their phones and will be able to stop them.

i think apple should not get involved just because it will lead to future hacks. and they could probably be more sneaky with spying on what the nation is up too like they are already hearing our conversations.plus theirs information on the apple account that not everyone should have eyes on.

While I don't condone the use of technology for nefarious deeds, without a doubt, it's going to happen. Are gun makers responible for how gun owners use guns? Then should Apple be responsible for how their iPhones are used?

This is a tough one. I don't think government should have the right to surveil ordinary citizens just to find out if they're doing anything wrong but at the same time should we protect criminals and especially terrorists?

If Apple doesn't develop this tool someone else will, so they should get coding!

There was a shooting in San Berdino and after 14 people were slaughtered the FBI demanded that Apple hack into the iphones of the terrorists, but Apple is refusing because after a couple of times of trying to get into an iPhone it can erase everything on the phone itself, also it would change Apples whole use system and also the government wants the power to listen into conversations and record them and also messages would be able to be read by the government too. I feel like everyone is entitled to their own privacy. I feel like Apple can do what they think is best, I think that every Apple customer should not get their phones encrypted because some terrorists decided to do what they did, it shouldn't be taken out on us, it should be taken out on the people who have tried to brake the law for their hateful actions towards America. I would go against the government and I would support apple just because I feel like Apple can still help them but only to get into the phones of the San Berdino shooters not every single person.

Apple should help the government, this will help stop terrorists attacks in the future.
