Yes, voice activation involves sending what it hears to somewhere else to be 'translated'. I would assume that involves keeping an entire record or dossier on the conversation somewhere.
ISIS sending Michelle Obama a blood-curdling Valentines Day tweet--now that's creepy.
Leave it to Samsung to come up with a new gimmick to sell more smartphones. A curved screen on one side being followed up with a curved side on the other, what'll they think of next.

Having smart TVs and stuff recording our conversations and storing them are no different from when we send out an image on snapchat or a message via twitter/facebook and its stored. It just sounds worse because its direct and in your living room.
