So says David Thelen, a high school sophomore from Michigan who has recently begun publishing his work in Internet E-Zines.

How is the Internet used in our school? Do the teachers incorporate it effectively(does this teacher)? Do the students use it wisely (look around)?

I think that the teachers DO incorporate it effectively but students dont use it wisely because they get distracted by other stuff in the internet.
