I think that Boston is a strong contender for HQ2 because the Suffolk Downs site offers everything the company is looking for, a huge area, highway access, 2 train stations not to mention the commuter rail close by, and techie graduates from some of the best schools in the country. The only drawback I see is that you can't buy a six room house with 3 car garage and a pool for $225 thou, although Revere and especially Lynn looks like it could be ready for referb. Amazon coming to Suffolk Downs would be so much better than the casino. It'll be interesting to see...

i think Boston is a strong contender because we have so much to offer we have transportation almost anywhere very easy to get to and schools are top notch over here a lot of smart tech people would be able to get involved with them easily if they come here and the amount of land space we have for them is perfect in the Suffolk downs area
