    Whatever you do, when you make your fortune, never, ever leave this country to live somewhere else. You'll be saving a bunch of taxes but also giving up the civil rights we all take for granted, living here in the good old US of A. When I make my fortune the farthest I'm going is Hawaii, maybe.
